The technical support staff (Chen JT) never inform me that it will take 2 WEEKS just to send the LCD to MCL in Subang, else I WILL SEND IT BY MYSELF!
When I called him to check for status, he asked me to call the supplier. HOW CAN A CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF ASK CUSTOMER TO CALL THEIR SUPPLIER? He shld FOLLOW UP with his Warranty Officer & Supplier and get back to customer on the status!
MCL told that they will go to ALL IT Section 14 atleast once a week. But ALL IT never pass the LCD to them since it was submitted on 10 Jun 2010. Where is the "TEAM" who keep track of warranty items/process??
Chen JT from ALL IT informed that the LCD has been collected by MCL yesterday. But when I called MCL today (24-Jun), they told that driver will only go to collect LCD TODAY!! (I hope they REALLY go) What's the communication problem between ALL IT & MCL??!
After spending 3 days time (from 22 til 24-Jun) & money to CALL and FOLLOW UP with them, the LCD still NOT YET collected for repair until TODAY!! OH MY GOD!!
How many time and money a customer need to spend in order for them to get the thing done?!

My LG 19" LCD (W1953T-PF) is DEAD! No Display!
My LG 19" LCD (W1953T-PF) was dead (no display) 2 weeks ago. I send to ALL IT Hypermarket, Digital Mall, PJ Section 14 for warranty claim on 10 Jun 2010. Their staff (Chen J. T.) told that my LCD will be sent to MCL Berhad (their supplier) for repair on 11 Jun.
On 23 Jun, I called ALL IT, PJ Section 14 to check for status. Their staff asked me to check with MCL Berhad (Subang Jaya). I contacted MCL and was told that they not yet received the LCD!!! I called ALL IT again and they said MCL's driver just collected the LCD today (23 Jun). IT TAKES 2 WEEKS JUST TO TRANSFER THE LCD FROM PJ TO SUBANG JAYA!! What a POOR SERVICE offerred by ALL IT, PJ Section 14!! They should have inform MCL to collect the LCD for repair and NOT JUST WAIT FOR THEM TO COME! Their staff never inform me that it will take such a long time to send the LCD to supplier, else I will send it by myself! If I didn't push them today, my LCD could be kept in their Store Room UNTIL NEXT YEAR!!!
Lessons from my experience:
1) NEVER NEVER buy things from ALL IT Hypermarket, PJ Section 14
2) NEVER NEVER buy products from LG

My Experience With DiGi, Celcom and Maxis Wireless Broadband
I have been switching between Maxis, Celcom and DiGi for the last two years.
I'm using DiGi broadband (RM58/3GB per month) currently. Average speed is 1 Mbps. After monthly quota exceeded, it will be capped at 128Kbps. But it's still OK for normal website browsing.
So far DiGi provides the most stable connection while Celcom provides the most slow/unstable connection even within its so-called "widest" HSDPA coverage. The feedback from Celcom agent on this issue is "too many subscribers using Celcom at the same time".

Maxis plan is expensive with its "up and down" connection. I didn't try P1 Wimax as I heard too many poor feedback on its connection/speed.
Will DiGi connection become slower and slower as its subscriber base grows? Hopefully not.

Who Leaked iPhone DiGi Plans?! Not me!
Well, it seems like somebody leaked DiGi iPhone plans ahead before DiGi Malaysia announce it at April 1st, 2010.
So was it on purpose? A kind of viral marketing by DiGi? I'm not surprised as DiGi always surprise us with their awesome campaigns and adverts!

黄明志在3月16日高调宣布向大马电影发展局申请赞助金，筹拍一部以“一个马来西亚”为主题的中文电影。他将会拍摄去电影发展局申请拨款的进度和过程，并透过本身的Youtube网站更新他的申请进度。
笔者一直都有留意黄明志的短片和音乐作品。他精准地掌握备受争议的课题，透过影音作品宣泄草根阶层内心对国家社会体制的不满及怨气，往往大快人心。但同一时间也被某些人冠上＂坏孩子＂及＂反政府分子＂等名号。黄明志自嘲他的创造像榴莲，有人觉得可口，也有人觉得恶心（笔者相信喜欢吃榴莲的人还蛮多的）。
据黄明志透露，他的剧本没有色情暴力，也没有粗言秽语，应该符合电影发展局的＂标准＂。但即使成功申请拨款，他的电影会否被大马电检局cut得＂体无完肤＂，还是个未知数。
想当年香港导演陈果以低成本及几个人的团队拍摄＂香港制造＂这部充满批判性的作品，一举夺下金像奖＂最佳影片＂及＂最佳导演＂奖项。希望黄明志的电影也可以在大马中文娱乐圈掀起阵阵涟渏（能掀起海啸就更好）。

Lee Chong Wei Rules All England
Chong Wei, who was greeted by Sports Minister Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek, officials from the National Sports Council (NSC), the national junior players from Bukit Jalil Sports School and fans on his arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) yesterday, said the All England triumph was the big break he was looking for and now hopes it will pave the way for more titles in the majors.
Chong Wei is only the fifth Malaysian player to win the prestigious All England men's singles crown and the first since Hafiz Hashim's success in 2003.
While Hafiz has faded since his achievement, Chong Wei said Sunday's win has given him the confidence boost so vital ahead of the World Championships in Paris in August and the Asian Games in Guangzhou in November.

梁智強只承認一段婚外情 樂軒報警表清白
她說，她把事情公開後，曾經接獲恐嚇電話，她決定到警署報警，並向警方出示梁智強曾經傳給她的短訊。
媒體報導，梁智強決定坦然面對大眾，過回正常的生活後，唯一承認的婚外情對象是1號嫩草鐘佳燕（22歲，模特兒）。
